As an important measure to implement the strategy of sustainable development,China’s building energy-saving work has been to carry out comprehensively,and hasachieved a certain effect. But building energy-saving work is a systematic project.Cooperation and coordination are needed in the process of approve and initiate a project,scheme design, preliminary design, construction design, procurement of materials andequipment, construction and operation. The conflict happens directly in the processbuilding energy-saving work, because of the lack of coordination and optimization in thewhole process. Therefore, how to improve the management quality of the whole process ofbuilding energy-saving work is a problem worthy of study.For the whole process of building energy-saving work, it is necessary to involve thecooperation of multiple disciplines and coordination of multiple links. In this paper, weresearch the various aspects of the work content, and sort out the process of building energyefficiency according to the workflow management methods. The conflict of the internal andexternal link is inevitable in this process of collaborative management. It is very meaningfulto seek the conflict digestion method, in order to ensure management process going onefficient, coordinated and orderly. The conflict mitigation measures of the design andconstruction are researched in the paper.For the building energy-saving work of the design phase, the emphasis of differentstages are based on the planning program, project design, preliminary design andconstruction design, the method of discrete constraint or weigh was adopted for theoptimization of design index in different stages, so as to realize the whole optimization ofthe design phase.For the building energy saving work of the construction phase, through the process ofconstruction in prescribed scope, time, cost, quality of the design requirements toachieve the building energy conservation goal efficiently. Based on the coordination form,combined with the work content of different participants in this stages, clear theresponsibility and work emphasis of the participants, feedback the construction informationinstantly at the basis of achievement of the design requirement in last stage, so as to realizethe coordination and optimization of the design and construction. Finally, the author combined the whole management work of energy consumptionquota during the author’ practice time with the coordinate method in design phase, optimizethe project design of a large office building in southern region wholly, limited to theproject’s progress, the subsequent design needs further prospect.The research can provide a reference for the whole process of management of summerand warm winter residential building energy-saving work. First, it guides architects tooptimize the design program of building energy-saving work. Secondly, it can push theconstruction workers to complete their work better. In short, our goal is to ensure that thehigh quality of the building energy-saving work go forward.
