The current global consumption of the main energy is coal, petroleum, natural gasand other common fossil energy. According to the International Energy Agencypublished data, in2006the global primary energy consumption of fossil energy, theproportion is as high as80.9%. However earth fossil energy reserves is limited, with theeconomic development and the population of the world’s demand for resources isgrowing, the World fossil fuel supply is facing shortage crisis situation.Photovoltaic power generation for its small footprint, low investment cost, suitablefor city environmental multi-point distribution characteristics, and gradually rise in thedomestic and foreign large-scale city. The reform and development of Shenzhen city inadvance, photovoltaic power generation has made many attempts, such as BYD1MWpphotovoltaic demonstration power plant, Longgang Power Supply Bureau30KWpphotovoltaic power generation, hybrid electric vehicle charging integrated parking shedand so on demonstration of photovoltaic power generation facilities, but in Photovoltaicpower generation for power grid and the load effects, have not been studied, for thegrid-connected photovoltaic power generation development existence certainconstraints.This paper has solved the issues related to research, study of photovoltaicgrid-connected power impacting on distribution network and related network technologyrequirements. First through the analysis of solar energy resources distribution inShenzhen and the development tendency of power network, the study of grid-connectedphotovoltaic power generation in the presence of base and development possibilities;Second,the solar power generation characteristics and Shenzhen power grid load wereanalyzed, from the PV output, affected by weather, temperature influence, according tothe Shenzhen historical load data analysis, in the PV output fluctuation and loadfluctuation is basically similar to their own, photovoltaic power generation has to stabilizethe load fluctuation effect; Third,on the PV power station grid on grid operation state isstudied, the photovoltaic power generation output uncertainty, as far as possible withoutchanging the circuit tidal current to flow from the point of view, should control at designtime and dot PV power station capacity, making it as far as possible not to producereverse trend; Finally, according to the current state and part of the specification,preliminary build Shenzhen photovoltaic technology requirements, at the same time forgrid-connected electricity price to undertake preliminary discuss.
