| With the advances of non-conventional transformer technology, which based on theapplication of photonics, digital signal processing technology, the rapid development ofcomputer network technology, the promulgation of the IEC61850standard implementation,and the online condition monitoring technology of primary equipment which becomingmatures, the research of digital substation and associated the project has entered the stage ofpractical engineering applications.Digital substation which constituted by intelligent primary equipment, networkedsecondary equipment is built on IEC61850communication protocol layered. It inherited anddeveloped the structure of hierarchical distributed substation. The digital substation isfeatured with the advantage of high degree of automation, high reliability, saving cost, it’sthe direction of the future development of substation construction.This paper was based on Zhuhai220kV Qinyun digital substation engineeringconstruction instance, it summed the key technology of digital substation, proposed thecharacteristics and function requirement of digital substation, analyzed the innovationtechnology of Qinyun substation.The main work of this paper are as follows:1. The research and application of digital substation was described and electronictransformer technology, MU, intelligent terminal, IEC61850standard, communicationnetwork were analyzed.2. Key technology of digital substation, including the design of communicationnetworking, relay protection program was compared and analyzed, The overall designprograms of Qinyun digital substation was proposed.3. The design principle, system access methods, equipment selection of primary andsecondary equipment, the on-line anti-maloperation system, substation automation systemof220kV Qinyun digital substation were studied.4. Online monitoring technology of digital substation was studied in this article. The online monitoring techniques of transformer and GIS equipment and partial discharge wereanalyzed. The design and implementation of the online monitoring system were given.5. Applications of innovative technology Of Qinyun digital substation, includephotovoltaic power generation, were analyzed. Economic and social benefits were discussed.3C green substation was compared with conventional standard design of substation. |
