Study Of Improvement In Relic Architecture Conversation Zoning

Heritage buildings as well as their surroundings are a kind of historical and culturalresource, but now the rapid unbanization has done great damage to them. Luckily, localgovernments have been attaching great importance to historical-culture protection,considering the relic architecture conservation zoning a key part. The relic architectureconservation zoning includes not only protection of the areas but also construction of thecontroling zones, both of which guarantee the safety and the surrounding style and features ofthose heritage buildings. However, due to a certain historical and management-system reasons,most of the zoning is not well planned or carried out. Therefore, here in this essay, the authorwill analyse theoretically and practically, making clear the present-existing problems in theprocedure of zoning and trying to put forward some corresonding solutions.The essay mainly consists of3parts. First, based on the research, at home and abroad, onsome relevant legal issues and current situation of academic study about the relic architectureconservation zoning, here a detailed analysis of the authenticity and integrity of heritagebuildings will serve as a basis of practical research. Second, combining typical cases withpractical experiences, the author will show the present-existing problems in the procedure ofzoning, such as the lack of the expertise, the unclear regulations of classification, theincompatibility between unscientific zoning standards and urban detailed planning, etc. Third,the author will try to raise pertinence measures on the technological characteristics ofconservation zoning compilation, the study of the surrouding featured elements, theoperability of conservation zoning, and the combination of conservation zoning with cityregulatory detailed planning.
