The collection and management system of electricity on-site state detection information is an important part of smart grid construction. In order to change the operating mode and to improve the efficiency and the stability, this paper proposes an energy information collection system which is based on the PDA intelligent terminal. In this system, the real-time, fast, efficient and stable data transmission is a critical and complex technical difficulty. This paper analyzes the development of smart grid and the data synchronization technology at first. We designed the data synchronization system of the electricity on-site state detection information which is based on the PDA intelligent terminal, on the basis of in-depth study of the SyncML data synchronization protocol and the characteristics of the electricity on-site detection data. Because of the electricity complex and multi-site network environment, this system uses the packet segmentation technique based on the SyncML data synchronization protocol. Thus, we strengthen the adaptability and stability of the power data synchronization. This paper designs the hardware and software of data synchronization system of electricity on-site status detection information, on the basis of analysis of the power system workflow.At the same time, the test of this system is good in Chongqing power authority. We improved the efficiency and the workflow of the electricity on-site detection staff. And this system basically replaces the work mode of manual inspection and the paper records.
