For municipal and county-level power management department, how to make use of advanced intelligent equipment, reduce the difficulty of electricity bills collection, anti electricity-stolen, reduce the line loss, realize remote automatic meter reading, reduce labor intensity, quickly cut off the fault current to decrease blackout area, etc., have become the foundation of the smart grid development and popularization. In the present 10 kV distribution network, the lack of intelligent devices that can solve the above problems at the same time, has been the factor restricts the development of management level of the power.According to the above problem, this topic chosen to develop an applied in 10 kV distribution network intelligent gathering terminal, as the main research content of this topic. The device also has the protection, remote arrearage management, anti electricity-stolen, remote meter reading, distribution transformer monitoring, etc.This topic through the research of two types of digital chip that called DSP and ARM, determines the combination of the two chips. DSP is used as the data processing, the ARM is used for data communication. On this basis, using the modular design thinking to design the scheme of module of software and hardware, such as the analog gathering, switch signal gathering, switch output, internal remote data communication. At the same time, considering requirements of the equipment, take the effective measures. In processor selection algorithm, considering the speed and accuracy, select the Fourier algorithm that can effectively inhibit the damped aperiodic current signal. After the equipment development of molding, using test equipment and write test procedures, test the function of the intelligent terminal to conduct a comprehensive, test and verify the reliability of the collection and control of each circuit, simulate the distribution network master station and intelligent gathering terminal communications, through the test, to improve product performance.Finally, through the display of the intelligent gathering appearance, operating methods, installation method and user management interface, and the application cases of the JuLu grid power Ltd, has proved that its realized the functions of the distribution transformer monitoring, remote arrearage management and preventing electricity-stolen, etc, reflected that it has application value of the 10 k V distribution remote electricity management level promotion.
