| If the power transmission line is icing, it not only has affection on the work of operation and maintenance. Seriously it can make the lines collision which will lead to short-circuit and the insulators can be flashover and lines cut, more seriously the towers may be inverted. At present in our country we have less basic data about how to get the thickness of the ice on the power transmission lines. So in most conditions when we design the thickness of the icing we mainly get it from the site investigation. The ice damage of the power transmission has four characteristics. Respectively they are long duration, high frequency happiness, covering wide area and wide range of influence. It can formed a serious threat to the safety and stability of the power net and the reliability of the power supply.In the first chapter of this paper, we mainly introduce the method and the present situation of the online monitoring system of the icing on the power transmission line. Because we want to integrate the three-dimensional GIS with the on line monitoring technology in order to have a three-dimensional monitoring. So in the second chapter we give a simply introduction about the GIS and the two-dimensional GIS and the three-dimensional GIS.When we have a monitor and a prediction about the icing line we can not cast away the according model, so in the third chapter we introduce the common used icing models and the corresponding knowledge of the icing.In the forth chapter we introduce the design of the software and the hardware of this project. Its main contents are the descriptions of system and the whole design and how to resolve the key technologies of the slave monitor. After completed we have a use, so in the fifth chapter, we introduce the effect of application.The sixth chapter is the conclusion and prospect, it is the simply conclusion of this paper and forward some long-term thought. |
