In the case of the global energy crisis, the development and utilization of new energy, hydropower, wind, solar, tidal energy, geothermal energy, nuclear energy and other renewable energy sources has been included in national development plans all over the world. The wind power technology has advantages of energy-saving, environment-friendly, relatively mature, etc., and this technology has got large-scale promotion in the world. With the wind power industry’s developing, large units, varieties of models are increasingly common. In order to carry out unified management of wind farms, wind turbines need to use the monitoring system, but due to wind turbine control system communication protocols are self-imposed by the machine manufacturers, so there is "information isolated island" problem in the communication of wind power. About China’s wind power market, there are some problems-the trend of aggressive, blind pursuit of efficiency, the foundation is not solid throughout the market, and the recent negative news for the emerging wind power, wind turbine collapsed, operation and maintenance personnel casualties. To this end the state has adopted policies to increase the wind turbine’s operation and management. Failed to get the wind turbine’s running data, and taking reasonable measures are the important factor frequent occurrence of accidents.In this paper, a brief introduction and comparison on the "information isolated island" problem, the IEC61400-25standard information model and Web Services, OPC XML-DA, MMS, IEC60870-5-104, DNP3and other five kinds of mapping is given, and propose a reasonable choice under different conditions of wind power as a way to communicate mapping. In order to receive real-time operation data of wind turbine, using the C#programming environment to develop OPC client applications. On this basis, developing wind farm monitoring systems further according to IEC61400-25standard, and using SQL Server2000database to establish wind farm database, in order to acquire the real-time data of wind turbine and process the historical data. According to the data, implement a reasonable control on the wind turbine running state.
