CFB is a new type of combustion, the advantage of high efficiency and fuel adaptable makes it is widly used now. In China, there are many300MW CFB generators generatoring,600MW CFB generators are being developed. The CFB generators is moving towards large scale, it can clear the loss of generators and compare the economics of operating mode by economic analysis,it gives the enery saving direction of CFB generators. It has profound significant analyse the economical efficiency of CFB generators.Firstly, introducing the theory of CFB generators economic analysis, including the normal energy method and the equivalent enthalpy method,etc. Compare the different methods of CFB boiler efficiency introduced the calculation standards, including DL/T964—2005standard、ASME standard、DIN standard. Introducing the influence factors to economy of steam turbine, building the theoretical basis for CFB generators economic analysis.Secondly, analysing the economy of300MW CFB generators, including calculation of steam extraction efficiency, the heat recovery calculation of TPSL, heat release of EHE, the reason of high exhaust temperature, the measure of seam loss by shaft seal Proposing the energy saving reform suggestion for CFB generators and analysing the economy including the operation mode of auxiliary engine cooling tower, the reform plan of blowing steam, the plan of boiler blow-off recycle.
