| This article bases on the background of the project of data analysis and fault early warning system in Datang (chifeng) new energy Co., LTD. In view of the various sorts of wind farm fans, data sharing is poor, business management lacks of timely da’ta support, users are difficult to carry on the analysis of the data processing. We use the existing wind power monitoring system (SCADA) and boost stand data transmission communication protocols, and design OPC interface including fan operation information, boost station remote measure, remote communication, remote electrical quantity information. The data can provide the upper database management analysis, power prediction, accident alarm in wind field information construction. Electric power communication network architecture make sure of the net-line completely isolating from public physical isolation, guarantee the security and stability of data.Clearly define the OPC interface agreement as a standard communications and play an important role in wind farms in the information construction. OPC agreement fundamentally solve the communication between the monitoring software (SCADA) and the field equipment, and it applies to wind power distribution area and large amount of various fan producers. Based on OPC of the data acquisition system designing, it can make the whole system convenient to data interaction and integration, which enhances the information construction of wind power enterprise.According to the existing practice of the engineering, we use OPC FactorySoft fast developing data acquisition software as the core framework. The procedure is divided into four function module:communication service module, message analytical module, program management module, OPC interface module according to the differences of program module’s function. The function module calls with each other, and completes data collection of the wind field level. Finally, this project sums up meticulously, puts forward the main problems and defects, and clearly the future direction. |
