Due to its renewable and pollution-free advantages,wind power generation in our country has a good prospect and development status quo.With the popularization of various new communication technologies and the particularity of wind farm operation,control,maintenance and grid integration,the requirements for the informatization construction of wind power plants are constantly increasing,which inevitably requires the SCADA system to enhance the capability of high-quality communication,improve the real-time data transmission and reliability.After a detailed study of the working principle of wind power SCADA system and the existing communication methods,this dissertation completed the following contents:(1)Using OPC technology to standardize the communication interface between the local control part of SCADA system and the central control room,publishing the collected fan information in the form of standard interface,using OPC protocol as data transmission interface Technical data access specification for SCADA system data transmission.Making SCADA systems from different manufacturers to communicate between,solve the problem of information island.(2)The Modbus/TCP protocol is used for data communication in SCADA system.The data acquisition interface module based on Modbus/TCP is designed to transmit the information collected by the local control system controller in SCADA system to the central control system.Wind turbine control equipment of different fan manufacturers are interconnected into a wind farm monitoring network to realize realtime monitoring of the wind farm.At the same time,the client and server software were used to test the data collected and the expected data transmission was obtained.(3)The wireless communication of wind turbine is researched,and the software and hardware design of sensor and coordinator nodes based on Zigbee protocol are completed.ZigBee wireless technology is used to form a wireless sensor network,and the wireless sensor network is installed on the monitoring point to realize the wireless transmission of the wind farm SCADA system so as to monitor the running status of the wind turbine.Achieve low-cost,low-power,easy to extend the effect.The above combination of different communication technologies and wind farms SCADA system can efficiently utilize the unit status information collected by the SCADA system to communicate between the devices to achieve fault diagnosis and parameter adjustment so as to achieve better and faster monitoring of equipment operators.As a result,wind power efficiency and safety indicators of wind farms have been further improved.
