This paper reviews the research status and development trend of remote channel monitoring system, makes a detailed study on the critical technologies which applied in the remote channel monitoring system, describes the monitoring system components, functions, and implementation methods of the remote channel monitoring system form the theory. The designed system achieve the function of acquisition, processing and conversion of remote signals. First of all, make a in-depth study on the data acquisition technology, after several practice tests and validation, design a real-time data acquisition program ultimately, which includs the design of system signal pre-processing circuit, selection of high-speed data acquisition card and the design of associated control software; Secondly, analyse the output signals of front-end signal pre-processing circuit, study related algorithms, including the calculation methods of signal level, signal frequency calculation algorithms, the display of real-time waveform and so on, achieve the relevant processing of the signal and the system’s signal processing functions;Finally, because the current remote monitoring system does not have a unified communication protocol, so make a deep learning and study on the protocol converter meter to understand the status of the statutes, grasp the principles of the statute conversion. In this system, use a statute conversion device to converse the statute of the acquisition remote channel signals, then make a further implementation of the communication between remote channel monitoring system and other systems.Finally, system can switch automatically between the multi-channels which are monitored, and can position to a certain analog channels, achieve the real-time extraction and analysis of remote signal waveform, level, frequency and other parameters, complete monitoring3000road of remote analog channels and displaying real-time data in the user terminal at center station. At last, test the monitoring system applied to the field, according to the analysis of the measurement results, the functions of this system designed by the subject are realized basically, the measured data is also within the scope of allowable error.
