The number of ECU in modern automobiles is increasing and its functions are becoming more and more complex.In the development process of ECU,it is necessary to collect the internal data.A remote data acquisition system based on CCP is designed in this thesis,which includes two parts:the acquisition terminal and the remote platform.The acquisition terminal collects,stores and transfers the internal data of the ECU;the remote platform receives and displays the data from terminal.This thesis has seven chapters.The First chapter introduce the application and research in relevant field;the second chapter discusses the design of whole acquisition system based on the function requirement and emerging technologies;the third chapter discusses the design of hardware of acquisition terminal;the fourth chapter discusses the design of software of acquisition terminal based on ?COSII operation system,and it realizes CCP communication,high-speed data storage and wireless data transmission;the fifth chapter discusses the design of the platform based on LabVIEW,it can displays the data and communicates with terminal;the sixth chapter discusses the application of the whole system;the last chapter is summary and prospect.It is proved by experiments that the data acquired by the system is accurate,the storage is complete and the transmission is reliable.The system is used to research the frequency-domain characteristics of the pressure signal of urea delivery line.The major discrete frequencies and the influence of injection and block are identified by the experiment,which are used to design an approach to diagnose the block.
