| Coupled with the rapid growth rate and the intensive connection to the grid, the uncertainty, volatility and poor capacity of resistance to accident of wind power has affected the safe and stable operation of Power Grid seriously. Only by improving the stability, controllability and anti-accident capacity of wind power, the power grid’s acceptance capacity of wind power can be further improved and the wind power can be upgraded from auxiliary power to the main power.Against the main problems need to be solved, the paper analyzed the feasibility of Inner Mongolia Power Grid to acceptant large-scale wind power as its main power from different technical points.(1) In the analysis of the actual situation of the Inner Mongolia Power Grid in2010, the paper provided the possible options to further improve the ability of wind power acceptance by calculating the capacities of wind power acceptance in different peaking capacities.(2)The paper analyzed the stability of the grid with large-scale wind power connected in from three aspects:the impacts of wind power Load fluctuations to system reactive power and voltage, the impacts of Grid structure to the wind power development, the impacts of large-scale wind power to system dynamic security. Based on the above analysis, the paper proposed the solutions to ensure the static and dynamic security of the Inner Mongolia Power Grid with large-scale wind power connected in.(3) Based on the traditional thermal power dispatching mode and the feasibility analysis of large-scale wind power grid-connection, the paper designed a comprehensive dispatching program taken large-scale wind power into consideration for the Inner Mongolia Power Grid. |
