| For the State Power Hairu Technology Co., Ltd. production HDPF distributed control system and the2*1000WM ultra-supercritical units Simulator of State Power Jianbi plant, this paper delves into the control program of coordinated control system, and uses three kinds of improved methods, which are boiler parallel feedforward control, power deviation feedback control and the feed-forward of mill start or stop.HDPF system is a distributed control system (DCS) product, witch is producted by the Beijing State Power Hairun Technology Co., Ltd.. It has the characteristics of control scattered and display, operations, records, management focus. HDPF system uses a variety of advanced technology. Currently, it is mainly used to control and manage small-scale power production industry. It has a broad development space.First of all, this paper delves into the international research dynamics of the coordination and control system, elaborates on the four coordinated control system operation mode and the control program of the unit master, master boiler and turbine master. Then, this paper introduce three kinds of improved methods. Boiler parallel feedforward control is putting the static and dynamic parallel feedforward and feedback regulation controls together. It can speed up the dynamic response of the unit. Correction with power deviation feedback control to boiler parallel feedforward control can effectively overcome the change of disturbance caused by the changes in coal quality and boiler combustion conditions. Through the use of the feed-forward of mill start or stop, greatly eliminates the effect of the main steam pressure caused by the start or stop the mill.For the State Power Hairu Technology Co., Ltd. production HDPF distributed control system and a2×1000WM ultra-supercritical units Simulator of State Power Jianbi plant, I used the virtual DPU as a link to verify the optimized control scheme. The results showed that improved control scheme had the better speed, accuracy, and geted good contrl results. |
