| With the continuous development of social economy,the consumption is increasing,energy saving and emission reduction has become the main goal of the country's social and economic development.In the process of electric power construction in China,ultra supercritical thermal power units are adopted by most thermal power plants to replace small capacity units with their advantages of energy saving and efficiency.Compared with sub critical units,the new technology adopted a once through boiler,which has made great changes in the production process and dynamic characteristics,which brings new challenges to the design and selection of the automatic control strategy of the unit.The coordinated control system of thermal power unit is a control strategy based on the load control characteristics of the unit,in order to realize the balance of energy supply and demand between the power enterprise and the power generation enterprise.The control problem of main steam pressure and main steam temperature caused by the change of the water supply system of supercritical unit has become a key research subject in the design of the coordinated control system of ultra supercritical units.Therefore,the study of the coordinated control strategy of ultra supercritical thermal power units has a guiding role in ensuring the safety and stability of the unit and the power grid.This article is based on the Ningxia Silver Star power plant 2×660MW unit as research object,through to control system composed of the basic way of coordinated control system for power plant's research and study,in view of the silver star power plant daily operation problems,based on the coordinated control system's configure logic analysis,by the improvement of the control scheme and configuration logic technology,research and analysis of the improved operation,this paper demonstrates that the proposed technical improvement scheme can achieve a more safe and stable control effect. |
