Nowadays, motor and its control system has been in all walks of life a wide range of applications and development, as electric drive system of the mainstream, for dc micro-motor control system in modern production of increasingly occupy the important position. And long time, for dc micro-motor with its good linear characteristics, excellent control performance, high efficiency and other advantages, became a lot of variable speed motion control the most preferred choice. As people continue to further study the control method for dc micro-motor, using single chip microcomputer development as the core of the controller to meet the requirements of the development of common products. Thus, independent research and development of high performance, high reliability miniature dc motor control system has the very vital significance.In this paper, design and development of STC89C52microcontroller is as the core of the ZGB42RE for dc micro-motor controller. According to the requirements of the controller to the whole design of complete and reasonable use of PWM control technology to realize for dc micro-motor each parameter control operation, a detailed explanation of hardware circuit and software development process.Use STC89C52MCU for dc micro controller development, itself is high level of integration, high reliability, small volume, convenient in installation carry etc. In the writing of the driver can be independent in design, Flexibility, and hardware structure compact, save the cost, the motor control field in the future there will be more broad application prospects.
