Rubber concrete aggregate gradation and performance of concrete early cracking rubber and relationship between fractal featureConcrete is made of cement and aggregate is composed of inorganic composite materials, the performance of concrete is mainly affected by the effects of concrete aggregate. aggregate in concrete in about60%~70%, so the research on properties of concrete is mainly on the performance of aggregate.This paper is committed to using fractal theory fractal dimension to the study of the performance of concrete, the fine aggregate used rubber particle replacement to study the fractal dimension value under the same condition of different rubber particles on concrete compressive, bending, cracking effect. The research method and conclusion are mainly:(1) in concrete water cement ratio, sand ratio, mixing conditions, curing time, curing conditions are the same of different rubber particles admixture concrete compressive, bending, cracking resistance.(2) analysis by comparing the fractal dimension in the same circumstances, with increasing rubber powder concrete compressive, flexural capacity of tapered. When more than one content, the flexural strength compressive sharp decrease.(3) analysis by comparing the fractal dimension in the same circumstances, with the rubber particle volume increase the crack resistance of concrete increases gradually, when more than one content no longer cracking of concrete.(4) analysis by comparing the fractal dimension value of rubber particles in different content under the same circumstances, with the fractal dimension value enhancement, concrete compressive, flexural strength increase.(5) the qualitative and quantitative analysis of rubber concrete compressive strength, flexural strength and early plastic cracking and fractal dimension.
