The Internet commercial product has its special features:it is not only to meet customers’ needs but also to reflect its business values. User experience (UX) is the way a person feels about using a product, system or service. It is an important standard to evaluate the products’ quantity and it is also recognized as a set of interaction. An excellent user experience highlights the person’s perceptions of the practical aspects such as utility, ease of use but also the operation efficiency of the whole business. User experience is about the target user’s feelings and thoughts and directly guides the products design and development. After the launch of the products, it can meet the customer’s expectation, in accordance with aesthetic characteristics and east to use, etc.In the practical, we may use some internet related conception to guide our designs. However there are still many paradoxes in the practice or we need to consider the influence of the different situations, or sometimes it maybe conflict with other design principles. As a designer, we need to distinguish and evaluate the pros and cons. The purpose of the essay is to analyze the different aspects of e-commerce website design depends on the user experience.The practice of the paper is about online digital printing which base on e-commerce websites. The online digital printing is the development of the traditional photography which to meet the fast growth needs of mass consumer market. Besides the advantage printing equipments, if a firm has unique service is more attractive to customers. The favorite photo printing services are those that understand social media such as based on web portals and let the customers to participate the design process. To a company, from the user’s perspective, providing high quality user experience is an important and sustainable competitive advantage.
