In recent years, with the development of electronic technology, inverterpower supplies are widely used. And because of the widespread use of greenenergy, solar energy with its inexhaustible and pollution-free characteristicsbecomes the society pay more and more attention to the main the sources ofenergy. The solar energy and the inverter technology in this paper is to tell youare the important points. Application of analog circuits control inverter powersource technology has been developed for many years, but it still hasproblems such as complicated circuit structure, weak anti-interference ability,the difficulty of debugging and so on. With the development of the highperformance microprocessors, making the digital control of inverter become areality. In this paper, through the design of the inverter circuit uses solar energyresource utilization to the portable product which is convenient for people touse in our daily life.This paper firstly expounds the basic concept of lithium battery charge anddischarge characteristics, then introduces the inverter technology developmentand research status, and emphatically introduces the prospect of inverterapplication, put forward the main research content of the subject. And in orderto maximize do features of portable, brings convenience to people and designDC/DC step-down circuit to output5V,12V voltage to the daily life ofelectronic products charger. In the inverter system scheme selection anddesign, system level before the DC boost part, first of all on the push-pullcircuit structure basic principle are introduced, calculating power switch tube, arectifying diode and the output filter parameters and choose the appropriatedevice; then, analysis of circuit of the various working state to the highefficiency running. System level inverter part from the full-bridge DC/ACconverter topology and principle characteristic proceed with, analysis theperformance of components to select all components. then complete the inverter circuit design.In the DC buck circuit part, first of all to the portable charger introduced,emphatically introduced the DC charger application scenarios and bringspeople convenience. Then we detailed descript the step-down circuitcharacteristics to analysis of various working condition characteristics. Finallyintroduced the direct current switch converter modulation method, modulationquality analysis and determines the choice of output ripple small pulse widthmodulation (PWM) mode.
