With the development of the social economy and power technologies, thecustomers’ demand for continuous improvement of power supply reliability, designand construction of substations increasingly stylized, fully enclosed high voltageswitchgear systems are widely used in10kV220kV and110kV power substation. Itcan be said that10kV high voltage switchgear safe and stable operation can directlyaffect the reliable power supply to users. According to statistics, the operation ofsubstation equipment defects found, with the temperature accounted for more than80%. The scene of High Voltage Switchgear through constant development, structurehas changed dramatically due to cabinet space becomes smaller, the load currentincreases, the heat inside the cabinet of the equipment problem is getting worse. Thetraditional method of temperature measurement device structure is subject to, doesnot apply to already existing work requirements. In order to protect the safety of thepower grid and the equipment needed to find a suitable measuring means to achievethe full-sealed high voltage switchgear temperature monitoring in real time inside thedevices.This paper describes the integrated handling of Jiangmen Matanzas station10kV110kV high current knife fever defect leads online thermometry.
