With the rapidly development of automotive industry, car manufactures and consumers paid more and more attention to the automatic air-conditioner, but domestic automobile air-conditioner fall the time behind of developed country in comfort, energy consumption and intelligent control, it is remains further improvements. This paper mainly aim at intelligent control strategy of dual zone automatic air-conditioner and phase control and detection of air blower, and design a dual zone automatic air-conditioner controller by combining with automobile central control system.Traditional PID control is simple and easy to setting, in particular, it’s have good effects in single-loop control system, but have strong dependence of model and hard to adjust nonlinear parameters, meanwhile, the Neural Network is independence of model and has fault tolerance, but has its shortage of error control. According to the nonlinear of temperature in automobile air-condition system, both those two control can not get well application in automotive variable dual zone temperature air-conditioner,so we compound BP algorithm Neural-Network with PID control system to realize the dual zone temperature intelligent control in car. Cause environment is much complexity in the vehicle, like car body maintenance heat exchange, human heat dissipation, sunshine radiation, heat from refrigeration and heating system, car ambient temperature and so on will disturb the in-car temperature, so matlab/simulink toolbox is used to build model and simulation to make the heat system can be as similar as possible with real system. By using the BP algorithm Neural-Network-PID control and simulation in matlab, results shows that this intelligent control system reduce the influence to automatic air-conditioner which caused by parameters’ fuzziness, nonlinearity and the unstable disturb form environment, enhance response rapid, reduce static error and improve the robust characteristic at the same time.An air-conditioner temperature control board (DATC-dual zone automatic air-conditioner temperature controller) worked out by depending on basis of theory describe above. The controller including CAN, Kline communication, sensors interface, human-machine interface and external load drivers, etc, especially, phase change driver and detection circuit of brushless DC motor used senorless technology (sensorless BLDCM) are also integrated in the controller.
