Air conditioner has increasingly become a necessity for the daily life of the masses in China.China has 80% of the world's air conditioning production capacity.The quality and performance of air conditioner directly affect consumers' experience and brand reputation.Product detection mode is the key to ensure the quality of air conditioner,Air conditioner manufacturers begin to pay more attention to the comprehensive performance of air conditioners.However,manual detection and recording have been adopted in most of the finished product inspection on the production line of indoor air conditioner,and manual detection is a subjective way,especially in the field of the communication detection and abnormal sound detection of air conditioner.So it is a worldwide difficulty to achieve accurate detection in the detection technology.At the same time,with the rapid development of modern technology and the construction of information system platform,automated test is become a trend.In view of the present situation of domestic domestic air conditioner internal quality inspection and the application requirements of enterprises,this paper developed an online commercial performance testing system for typical domestic air conditioners.The paper developed the corresponding software and hardware for each module in the detection system,designed the process of automatic detection in detail,and designed the air conditioning abnormal sound acquisition and diagnosis platform for the air conditioning abnormal sound detection problem.According to the analysis results of the abnormal sound signal,the method of calculating the Euclidean distance of the timefrequency image was proposed to diagnose the abnormal sound,and the experiment of different abnormal sounds was carried out to verify the feasibility of the method.The main work contents were as follows:(1)According to the actual needs of air conditioner manufacturers,the air conditioning automatic inspection process was designed,and the hardware selection and PLC electrical design were completed.The module function of gathering electromachanical parameters,detecting communication signals and MAC address,designing infrared remote controller,monitoring upper computer,gathering server was designed in detail.(2)The common serial communication methods and signal processing methods were introduced.Two communication methods for three-wire system inverter air conditioner were analyzed.Aimimg at direct current loop communication mode,a communication board for inverter air conditioner communication detection was designed.According to the communication protocol rules,the corresponding signal decoding algorithm was designed to detect the communication circuit.(3)The air-conditioning noise detection process was designed,and a set of abnormal sound collection and diagnosis platform was developed based on the LabVIEW platform.Aiming at the analysis results of different faults' abnormal sound signals,the method of finding the Euclidean distance in the high frequency region of time-frequency diagram was proposed to diagnose the noise.At the same time,the hardware platform was built and the experimental verification was carried out,which proved the feasibility of the method.
