This thesis studied the miniaturized linear charge technology with SY primary explosive and property test of charged. The research and preparation of S Y ink formulation was the premise for the study of linear charge technology. Three charge methods were discussed in this paper, small size groove squeezing combined with pouring charge technology, three-dimensional dispensing charge technology and liner charge method by flexible detonating fuse made with SY, the results were as follows:(1) There was a subsidence phenomenon of SY water-based resin ink when it was placed. Through orthogonal experiments, the trend of the influence of various factors on the sedimentation was gained and obtained optimal formula of ink (mass percentage):SY,64.2%; JS-110water-based resin,23.9%; JZ107thickening agent,4.6%; JF103dispeesant,7.3%.(2) By changing the proportion of SY and polyvinyl alcohol glue, the varied trend of pH and viscosity was gained and obtained the formulation of SY polyvinyl alcohol resin ink (mass percentage):PVA glue,52.1%; SY,41.6%; Surfynol465surfactant agent,6.3%; added10.00g H2O. The formulation was suitable for the later three-dimensional dispensing experiments.(3) The small size groove charge technique with SY celluloid resin ink was studied. The determination of charge density and detonation velocity under different charge size conditions was discussed. And the influencing factors on detonation velocity of SY ink were analyzed.(4) The experimental device of the three-dimensional dispensing charge was set up. SY polyvinyl alcohol resin ink was used to linear charge by three-dimensional dispensing equipment. The impact of needle height, needle size, dispensing pressure on the effect of dispensing was gained. The combustion performance of dispensing lines were tested and results showed that lines could be ignited by match head and sustained combustion with the burning speed of24.1mm/s.(5) Flexible detonating fuse was produced by the lead antimony alloy tube with SY primary explosive. SY detonating fuse was loaded into the grooves of high polycarbonate (PC) board to form explosive cutting network. After initiation with detonator, the PC board could be cut according to the shape of the network without destroying the rest of network.
