Many datum and development states of home-area and foreign weapons andammunition indicate that traditional cylindrical booster and charge technologies havemany difficulties in meeting the demand of detonating insensitive main chargecredibly. Considering this problem, it has much significance to study the chargetechnologies of irregular booster charge and safe, high-energy technique on increasingthe detonation capability of booster. In this paper, the booster's development statesand particle's features have been analyzed;on the base of annular and circle-concavespherical booster structure, the conical annular and conical-concave spherical chargestructure and the mould has been designed in this paper according to the theories ofdetonation between booster and main-charge, syntaxising principles of shock wavesand the theories of valid charge and corner effects;according to the theories of shockwaves propagation characteristics of small size charge, the " one in four out " and "one in eight out " synchronous explosive circuit of the conical-annular pellet mouldhas been designed by utilizing the designing model of the multi-point synchronousexplosive circuit;Booster pellet pressing experiment has been done with PBXN-5 andJBH-9019, then the booster pellets have been used to test how much energy theydeliver and comparison has been made between the results. The result states: thebooster pellet charge technologies and detonation modes have significant influence ondetonation effect;the result by pressing process in high temperature is better than thatin room temperature when other conditions are the same;and the amount of theconical annular booster pellet that used in multi-point synchronous detonation circuithas large degree reduction compared with the cylinder booster pellet with the sametechnologies and the same detonation effect;the number of detonation points of themulti-point synchronous circuit have great influence on the outputting waveform anddetonation capability;in like manner;the amount of the circle-concave sphericalbooster has large degree reduction compared with cylinder booster pellet when samemain charge is detonated and reaching the same effect. In general, the researches areof great significance in resolving the problem of detonating the insensitive maincharge.
