High efficiency is the development trend of power supply。This paper is on the background of prototype development of high-efficiency power supply and aims at the main sources of the DC-DC converter, proposing the method of buck current-fed push-pull converter topology to achieve high-efficiency power supply design. The paper introduces the features of a buck current-fed push-pull converter topology and analyses the working principles of the buck current-fed push-pull converter topology systematically, and the conditions of achieving zero voltage switching of synchronous rectification. According to the research and manufacture process of240W(8V/30A) converter, the paper has explained the primary circuit, the design of magnetic components and the design methods of the major components’parameters. Synchronous rectifier, current-fed, zero-voltage switching and other practical new technologies have been used in the design of the design of the converter to achieve the high efficiency of the converter’s synchronous. The successful development of the physical prototype has verified the feasibility of the design.\...
