Maintenance scheduling of electric equipment plays an important role in powernetwork operation and dispatching. The power network structure will be increasinglycomplicated with the gradual extension of power system and rapidly increasingnumber of electric equipments. Hence, the traditional artificial designed maintenancemode, which is not complete, exists blindness, and can’t avoid repeated outages, oreven leads to blackout, is difficult to satisfy the demand of electric power enterprise,and this will leads to huge lose for electric power enterprise.The present maintenance mode has been changed, shown as putting forwardmaintenance scheduling designed by basic unit to provincial electric power companyand waiting for its approval. According to the actual demand of provincial electricpower company, the paper researches and designs a management system formaintenance of electric equipment, which will provide assistant decision-making fordispatching operators and reduce their workload, as well as guaranteeing safe andstable operation of power network.The paper presents the operation state of electric power network of Hunanprovince, explains the scheduling principle and establishment scheme, estimates theurgency of maintenance based on the reliability of maintenance policy, and providesevidence for dispatching operators.Consider the effect of maintenance of electric equipment on the safe and stableoperation of power network, propose the safety restriction, analysis and calculate thesecurity and stability of power network by the usage of psasp, and check the securityof the maintenance scheduling.Expound the development language and development environment of this system,design the basic function and structure based on the B/S framework, devise thedatabase structure and data sheets with MySQL as the background databasesaccording to the general frame, finish the design of landing interface, managementinterface of the maintenance scheduling, and device information interface. Finallysummarized the shortage of the maintenance system, and indicate the direction forfurther study.
