Condition based maintenance for power equipment operation and maintenance management, from fundamentally avoid the preventive maintenance "treat a small illness, disease free governance" malpractice, and to realize the condition based maintenance, a stable, mature, intelligent information system is essential. This article summarizes the current power supply enterprise bureau of Ministry of inside and outside environment, through the extensive research and analysis of City Power Supply Bureau of electric power equipment condition based maintenance management, equipment state management in the presence of state monitoring and management mechanism is not perfect, the workload of equipment condition evaluation, unable to analysis diagnosis and closed-loop integration of production management and can not effectively monitoring the abnormal alarm, equipment lack knowledge base and information support means lack technical problems, and through the demand analysis and summary of the implement power equipment condition based maintenance decision support system with functional requirements.A good equipment condition based maintenance decision support system should include the condition monitoring, early warning and analysis diagnosis, condition evaluation, risk assessment and operation and maintenance strategy of six functional domain, make full use of the information system to establish a equipment for the center of the health status of the closed-loop management system. State monitoring function domain around online monitoring device, the monitoring data and alarm data collection, analysis, display and trend; early warning function domain summary equipment condition evaluation conclusion abnormal and online monitoring threshold alarm data, a comprehensive display of information equipment and problems; diagnostic analysis of functional domains responsible for evaluation of abnormal results of equipment the diagnostic process, analysis of starting equipment, comprehensive diagnosis report gives equipment and corresponding treatment measures; evaluation function according to the guidelines for the specified domain automatic evaluation, completed the overall evaluation of the equipment, and the evaluation report; risk assessment function domain will achieve grid risk input, automatic identification of the affected equipment and equipment risk assessment. The risk assessment results will be used to make the equipment maintenance strategy of reference; operation strategy. The domain can reference the health status of the equipment maintenance strategy, overall cost and benefit model of this device is suggested and output to the related system.According to the demand analysis of R & D results out of condition based maintenance decision support system, can be realized according to the working condition of equipment and related risk factors, implementation evaluation of the automation equipment and equipment management personnel to provide when the development of equipment maintenance, when the development of equipment maintenance and other policy recommendations, improve management decision-making support, the condition based maintenance than traditional regular maintenance more targeted, to achieve "the required repair, maintenance required good", to better meet the network security, reliability and economy requirements.
