| With the continuous extension of the high-voltage transmission lines and constant occurrence of external damage, line ice and other accidents, the workload of line inspection and line maintenance has become more and more, therefore, an urgent need for new technology to carry out line maintenance. Advances in video surveillance technology, as well as its successful application in the power plant and substation make the line of video surveillance applications as possible.Video surveillance alarm response system is an important part of the transmission line of video surveillance, video monitoring of the transmission line with the main purpose of the alarm response system of great help to advance prevention, post-processing. This paper analyzes the particularity of transmission line video surveillance alarm response to the needs of the line video surveillance, design of a transmission line video surveillance alarm response system.The alarm response system designed to follow the following goals:flexibility, a variety of alarm configuration, the stability of the alarm receiver, timely response to the alarm and to facilitate the expansion. This paper uses TI’s DaVinci processor-TMS320DM6467as the system-core processor, uses MontaVista Linux as the operating system and uses multi-threaded, network communication, inter-process communication, such as programming techniques under Linux; This system can monitor temperature, tilt tower, wires attached to the ice, conductor galloping, tower materials being theft and other alarm messages. After the alarm is received, the system will run the appropriate action, including capture, PTZ movement, record, alarm messages uploading and so on.Through independent testing and integration testing of the transmission line video management system, system runs stably. |
