In the field of new energy scientists have been interested in the use of solarenergy for a long time. For example, at some high altitudes or remotemountainous areas where the Grid cannot be laying people have to use theadvantages of long hours of sunshine building solar power stations to solve itsenergy problems. At present the crystalline silicon solar cells are widely used, soit will be great significance for renew the crystalline silicon solar cellstechnology and increase its power efficiency.Facing new solar energy using problems the most prominent is itsefficiency. Compared with the traditional generate electricity technology solarpower is low efficiency and high cost especially the majority need solar energyareas are remote. The efficiency of crystalline silicon solar cells is mostlyaffected by its own limit of efficiency, but most sun is reflected back to theatmosphere through its smooth surface. Some natural conditions like rain, dustalso important factors affected the efficiency.This article is according to the international precious metal catalyticetching technique. In the smooth silicon surface preparing precious metals silverand gold nanoparticles film by silver mirror reaction and magnetron sputteringtechnique. Then in the appropriate solution forming porous antireflection layerwith hydrophobic through the gas catalytic. Through repeated tests comparisonfounded that the best corrosion porous structure is in a mixed solution of3%HFwith20%H2O2.The silver particles metallic layer of silicon surface is produced bymagnetron sputtering. Through the analysis of surface morphology andreflectivity it can be found that a thin layer metal particle is able to obtainuniform porous structure and the average reflectivity can be reduced to11%.Italso found that different types of metal particles have different reflectivity. If use precious metal as catalyst it can obtain more uniform porous structure andthe reflectivity can be reduced to10%.In order to make the silicon surface more smooth we preprocessing thesilicon surface with NaOCI solution. The NaOCI solution has good oxidationresistance and cannot damage the silicon surface. Comparison test on the samesilicon sample found that the sample porous structure quality has improvedsignificantly by NaOCI solution pretreated.
