With the rapid development of power electronics technology, a large number of nonlinear equipment have been widely used, these nonlinear equipment in power system will play the role as harmonic sources, which, in turn, harmonic damage in power system becoming increasingly serious. Harmonic analysis is the key issue to solve the problem of harmonic damage. Harmonic analysis is to specify the amplitude, frequency of every harmonic component and then calculate harmonic parameters. This paper precisely bases on this background and devotes to the study on designing a wide application prospected power harmonic real-time analysis system based on ARM.This paper aims to improve the real time performance of harmonic analysis system as innovation view, this paper designs the system from both hardware and software aspects to complete the design. For the hardware aspect, selectes the most suitable hardware structure, then begins to build hardware circuit for this structure. This paper chooses samsung S3C62410chips as the main processor because of its rapid computing capacity,Tiny6410embedded development board as the main body of the hardware platform, designs the data acquisition module all by myself. The module including mutual inductance signal transform circuit, modulation circuit, synchronous sampling circuit, A/D conversion circuit, signal isolation circuit and power circuit, the synchronous sampling circuit and A/D conversion circuit aimed to help improving the precision and real-time analysis feature of the system. As for the software, focusing on FFT analysis method, a more detailed theoretical discussion is given.A Blackman-Harris window interpolation algorithm is brought to remedy spectrum leakage and fence effect in the algorithm, MATLAB simulation used for the modified algorithm; completing the construction of embedded Linux software development platform suits for the hardware, which mainly including the transplantation of Bootloader, Linux kernel and file system; Finally, the entire software programming based on embedded Linux platform is finished, which mainly including the harmonic signal sampling program, as well as FFT program, harmonic parameter calculation program and results display program.By debugging the system, we can confirm that the system can carry on the analysis of power harmonic and display processing result on LCD ultimately; After analysis the processing result, this harmonic analysis system designed in this paper has a certain degree of real-time feature and higher accuracy, which meets the design requirements and achieves the desired results.
