Today,more and more innovation is focused on power consumption and the integration of electronic devices into power-based systems,so engineers increasingly need to ensure the accuracy and accuracy of power measurements.So power analyzer was born.It is widely used in hybrid electric vehicles,electric vehicles,solar power,wind power,frequency converters,variable frequency motors and fuel cells and other tests.Power analyzer has become the most common international electronic measuring instruments.It plays a very important role in research and production and maintenance of large equipment.The power analyzer mentioned in this paper is based on the variable frequency power measurement and analysis of the object of the instrument It's frequency ranges from 10 Hz to 400 Hz,with the measurement of power parameters voltage,such as current,active power,reactive power,apparent power,harmonic and so on.In addition,when the signal frequency is close to the grid frequency,the power analyzer can be set to the "power quality analyzer" mode of operation.At this time,it can act as a power quality analyzer to measure the power grid signal,including voltage fluctuations,flicker and so on.Based on the function of the power analyzer,this paper analyzes the demand of the power analyzer,sets out the overall scheme,points out the heavy difficulty in the scheme: wideband synchronous sampling and parameter measurement,and further proposes the solution.The method is verified by simulation and then implemented on the platform.The main work of this paper can be divided into the following parts:First of all,this paper analyzes the demand of the power analyzer,then analyzed the different solutions,and finally chose a DSP + ARM as the core processor program.Secondly,a new synchronous sampling method is proposed to solve the problem of synchronous sampling of wideband signals.This method belongs to the software synchronization sampling method.The core is to accurately measure the signal base frequency value,and then multiplied,so as to get the sampling rate.Among them,the focus on how to get the base frequency accurately.Then,in the case of harmonic measurement,an Cooley-Tukey FFT harmonic measurement algorithm is proposed for the case where the number of sampling points is not an integer power of 2.The algorithm solves the limitation that the FFT harmonic algorithm can only use when the number of sampling points is an integer power of 2.In addition,corresponding to the flicker calculation,this paper uses a flicker-based flicker algorithm to achieve the flicker measurement,the method is recommended by the IEC method.Finally,this paper studies the software system and implements it on the platform.Then the experimental platform was built.Then the function of the power analyzer was tested.The test results show that the power analyzer function has been realized and the measurement accuracy has been achieved.
