Control and protective switching as an alternative to traditional electricalcombination has a very superior performance. Often require traditional motor control,motor contactors, circuit breakers, thermal relays and other electrical appliancesportfolio so as to achieve the purpose of motor control and protection. Control andprotective switching motor control protection function in an electrical, which iselectrical overall volume is reduced, while reliability is improved.This article using the Ansoft Maxwell finite element software on the the1250Acontrol protection switch body design simulation. New contact system, and the newcontact structure detailed analysis of the contact structure from the perspective of theelectric repulsion, contact stress, contact temperature rise simulation. And comparedwith the traditional U-shaped structure contacts. As can be seen from the analysisresults, new contact system both in terms of the decrease of the volume of electricrepulsion and blowing arc magnetic field has a strong advantage. The same time, theinterrupter is designed based on a new type of the contact system, in order to ensure theswitch reliable breaking arc. Finally, the electromagnetic actuator is designed for1250Aswitch control and protection switch overall performance of the simulation analysis.
