Servo control system has been widely applied to different fields. And as PMSM hassimple structure and various electrical control methods, so it is satisfied people withrequirements of high precision and high responsive which servo control system has.Along with continuous renewal of power electronic devices, servo control systemdevelops to high power, and high frequency. And inverter loss can not be neglected. Theheating degree of inverter seriously affect service life of servo control system. On the otherhand, the harmonic content of inverter out signal can also make motor produce harmonicripple and harmonic loss. But traditional servo control system is generally ignored it. Sobased on the understanding the development of servo control system home and abroad, andthen the researching of traditional control methods and SVPWM methods, the inverter lossmodel is built, traditional SVPWM is advanced, and minimum switch loss SVPWM is putforward. And then introduced it into traditional control methods. The control strategymodels of traditional SVPWM and advanced SVPWM are built based on Matlab/Simulink.And through a comparative analysis of the simulation, it can not only confirm whether theadvanced method could effectively reduce switch loss of inverter or not, but also canimprove performance of the servo control system and reduce harmonic content of inverterout signal.Based on the simulation, in order to further confirm the feasibility of the proposedmethod, the hardware circuit of servo control system based on TMS320F2812is designedwhich include detection circuit, over current protection circuit, temperature samplingcircuit of inverter, keyboard and display board communication circuit. The software adoptthe mixed procedure of assembly and C language. As traditional servo control systemgenerally ignored the correction of initial sampling value, this paper will correct initialsampling value through sofeware method to improve precision of the servo control system.In this paper, the open loop and closed loop no-load experiment is proceed in theexperimental platform, and the feasibility of system design scheme is confirmed. In order to confirm the feasibility of proposed method, the switch loss of inverter and the speedresponse of traditional method and advanced method are comparative analysis.
