In view of masonry infilled wall with poor seismic performance and causing bigger economic losses after destruction, It will have a theoretical significance and practical value to research and analysis seismic performance of reinforced concrete frame structure with reinforced concrete infilled wall (in short RC infilled wall). Especially collapse-resistant capacity.Through program THUFIBER on the basis of Msc.Marc finite element software, two one-story one-span frame structures are analyzed, which are based on pushover analysis and mainly researches the seismic performance of structure and failure mechanism of RC infilled wall. Also eight space numerical model are analyzed, which are based on modal analysis, dynamical and time-history analysis, collapse-resistant analysis and mainly studies the factors of reinforcement ratio of RC infilled wall, wall thickness, numbers and layout how to affect seismic performance of structure and collapse-resistant capacity of structure. The main contents and conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1) The pushover analysis shows that the lateral displacement stiffness of frame structure with RC infilled wall increases, lateral resistance ability strengthens and the seismic performance of structure is superior than that of frame structure. Under horizontal earthquake effect, structure damage begins in local crush of RC infilled wall.(2) The modal analysis shows that when RC infilled walls are reasonably decorated in frame structure, Structure stiffness is increased and structure period is accordingly reduced; Besides, the influence on structure period which reinforcement ratio of RC infilled walls produces is almost negligible, the influence which thickness of RC infilled walls produces is a little, but the influence which the number or layout of RC infilled walls produces is more obvious.(3) The dynamical and time-history analysis shows that in the factors of reinforcement ratio, wall thickness, numbers and layout, the most obvious influence on floor displacement and deformation is number and layout of RC infilled walls, but minimum impact is reinforcement ratio of RC infilled walls(4) The collapse-resistant analysis shows that when RC infilled walls are reasonably decorated in frame structure, the collapse-resistant capacity of structure relative to frame structure is dramatically increasing; Besides, RC fill walls should not be too thick and reinforcement ratio also may adopt structural set-up.(5) The failure mechanism analysis shows that the destruction of frame structure basically begins in local damage of RC infilled wall which is gradually deprived of bearing capacity and doesn’t work and the RC infilled wall is responsible for the anti-seismic first line of defense in the whole structure and is helpful to improve the seismic capability of overall structure. Finally, the economic contrast analysis between frame structure with RC infilled wall and frame structure shows that the former project cost of single plane doesn’t greatly increase.
