As the ideal instrument for measurement of artillery gun’s chamber pressure, the internalelectronic piezo gauge has provided important reference basis for the design and examinationof conventional weapons and ammunition. The inversion switch exerts an influence that cannot be neglect to the success of artillery gun’s pressure test as the key device of power controlin internal electronic piezo gauge. In practical use, the main reason that leads to failure ofchamber pressure test is the faults of anti-operation of power caused by inversion switch. Sohow to improve the reliability of inversion switch has become a problem to be solved.In order to improve the operational reliability of internal electronic piezo gauge andextend its working time under the limitation of battery capacity, a new intelligent inversionswitch which has special debounce function has been designed base on MEMS digitalaccelerometer. The thesis proposes the special test method to simulate the applicationenvironment of inversion switch to study its reliability and designed a specialized test system.Collected sample data through environment stress screening test that simulate the applicationenvironment and temperature cycling test, applied the statistical analysis method of Weibulldistribution without failure under small sample data to estimate the parameters and points ofthe sample data. Furthermore, the anti-compaction test and life test has been done to analyzethe factors which affect the operational reliability of inversion switch.This inversion switch has the function of intelligent judgment of orientation, debounceslatency, programmable etc, and reduces the consumption and volume, simplifies theproduction process compare to the traditional inversion switch. The reliability characteristicvalues obtained by reliability test provide important basis for predicting the growth rules andanalyzing failure mode and scientific reference for inversion switch to be improved anddefined shape as well. The anti-compaction test and life test verified survive ability of thisinversion switch in harsh environment. This kind of inversion switch can be applied to otherstorage test system to provide general function of power control.
