Reliability analysis is a quantitative analysis of the system with probability theory and mathematical statistics method, to discover the weaknesses and potential risks in the design and operation of the system. The reliability analysis is one of the important parts during the availability and reliability designing of a nuclear energy system, which can also apply to the design of availability and reliability of nuclear energy system. The data from existing reliability database is used to calculate reliability, which can lead to the problem of low accuracy and reliability of system, since there is a significant difference between the reliability of existing database of and running environment. How to correct existing fission reactor data for fusion reactor reliability analysis has become a key problem in the area of reliability data processing at present.According to the above problem, this thesis made in-depth exploration and research into these questions combining with the characteristics of a fusion reactor components design and running environment. This article mainly innovation is as follows:1. Proposed and developed a variety of correction method of failure physics model with high temperature and irradiation environment. Arrhenius model in the condition of high temperature, Lauridsen model in the condition of high irradiation, Thomas model in the condition of multi-parameters, and FAC model in the condition of multi-impact factors, were improved. The application range of the failure physical model and the correction precision of the operating life of the parts, in the condition of extreme environment, were improved effectively.These models mainly included as following aspects:(1) based on the experimental data fitting method, established a relationship expression between activation energy of units with temperature under extreme temperature; fixed the problem that existing Arrhenius Relationship can’t be used for high temperature failure over 500k; (2) developed the model that fit the relation of fusion component temperature and component service life. Secondly, introduced the relationship of irradiation dose versus time and the irradiation factors of standard component into the existing neutron irradiation failure model, and put forward a relationship model of irradiation damage and units service life under high irradiation environment. (3) The relationship model of the size of pipeline in various design parameters and pipeline life was improved, synthesizing the pipeline design parameters and historic running information based on the method of failure probability, and the relationship model of liquid flow rate under high corrosive and pipeline service life was proposed based on the FAC (Flow Accelerated Corrosion) as well as its affecting factors. Proposed a model of relationship between liquid flow rate under high corrosive and pipeline service life based on the FAC as well as its affecting factors.2. Proposed an estimation method of conjugate prior distribution parameters that based on Bayesian theory for component service life’s different failure situation, and it can work according to variety prior information of unit service life. The problem of lack of failure distribution parameters can be resolved by this estimation method. In the meantime, the difficulty to obtain the priori information can also be work out well while updating the complex system reliability data using Bayesian theory.3. Under the framework of RiskBase (Database Management System for Reliability Analysis), the research on method and technology of fusion reactor reliability database system was developed. The reliability database system were designed and implemented, which has the special application of fast matching of similar data, data accurate correction, custom service characteristics and so on. Finally, based on the existing system data correction function and general data, the reliability data correction was studied for key system of CN HCCB TBM, which provided data support for reliability analysis of fusion system.
