Dynamic simulation test system for automatic machines of blowback weapon is used tomake the automatic machines of blowback weapon to produce the same effects as live-firingby firing blank ammunition with simulated power source to produce gunpowder gas. Its aimis to evaluate the performance of the automatic machines of blowback weapon which hasimportant practical significance and economic benefit for weapon subsequent development.According to the structure and working principle of participant weapon, this thesis discoursethe working principle of dynamic simulation test system for automatic machines of blowbackweapon. The overall plan and the plan of subsystem for the dynamic simulation test systemare put forward and the structure is designed. The gunpowder gases pressure mathematicalmodel of the dynamic simulation test system is established according the classic theory ofinterior ballistic. Through analyzing the relative motion and force of different simulation testsystem plans of automatic machines with simulated power source, automatic machines withimpulse generator and automatic machines of the participant weapon, dynamic model of eachsubsystem is established according to the automatic weapons dynamic theory. The solverprogram for each model is compiled by using MATLAB language according to the idea ofsolving first–order different equation system with fourth rank Runge-kutta and each solvingresult is analyzed comparatively with the measured data based on the automatic machinesdynamic characteristics of the prototype of simulated power source and participant weapon.The key technical points of the dynamic simulation test system for automatic machines ofblowback weapon and advice for potential problems of simulation test system are putforward.
