As the diesel cycle efficiency, thermal efficiency, fuel economy and technologyunceasing enhancement, various compound diesel arises at the historic moment. This articlethrough to the booster Hyperbar engine, adiabatic turbo compound engine in-depth analysisand research, on the basis of pressurization two-stroke diesel engine, combined with the gasturbine characteristics put forward a new type two-stroke diesel engine, the composite way asthe turbine-piston. And using the exergy analysis method and GT-POWER applicationsoftware on the thermodynamic analysis and simulation optimization, so as to determine theoptimal turbine-piston arrangement scheme. On the basis of thermodynamic analysis, inview of the complementary combustion chamber and the power turbine in the compounddifferent arrangement in the diesel engine, puts forward7possible solutions that could satisfythe requirement of this compound diesel engine design; Through the analysis for overallengine module, and in the GT-POWER simulation software set up the selected apressurization two-stroke diesel engine model, combining with the experimental data of themodel; In addition, according to the original machine model, by using the theory ofthermodynamics turbine-piston type two-stroke diesel engine regularity exploration inparallel mode and series mode, and put forward the feasibility in parallel mode series5kindsof solutions, two kinds of plan; According to the above seven plan simulation model isestablished, and through result of simulation and optimization analysis, on the premise ofmeet the composite index of diesel engine design, finally identified the two meet the designrequirements of diesel engine.Overall engine in the process of simulation model, this article through to the engineblock model, which can be roughly divided into pressurization system, cooling system, intothe exhaust system, most of crankcase, cylinder combustion model and so on, so as to realizethe simulation of theoretically on the whole engine, the engine in the process of the structuralparameters and environment variables set is particularly important, need after repeatedrunning, running after the engine combined with experimental data and model of thedetonation pressure in cylinder pressure rise, unit crank corner height, mean effective pressure,important results as a reference, such as to modify and adjust the model. In order to meet the simulation results and experimental results are basically identical, this article builds apressurization two-stroke model running below3%relative error limitation. In addition, inview of the connection between turbocharger and diesel engine for pneumatic, mutual balancebetween turbocharger and turbo is not affected by the outside world, the entire engineturbocharger model checking process to adjust is more complicated. Therefore, this articlealso sort out the effect of various parameters on its performance.Designed in this paper, composite diesel engine is a two-stroke diesel engine and gasturbine combined cycle system. The gas turbine system includes a gas generator, turbocharger,power turbine, etc. When in low power output, can make full use of the advantage of dieselengine fuel consumption rate is low; And under emergency conditions, the use of theadvantages of turbo compound engine weight lower than significantly increase the poweroutput.
