With the continuous improvement of the diesel engine power d-ensity, ascending the formof technology appeared unceasingly. According to the Design requirements of one dieselengine, this paper puts forward a turbine-piston diesel engine concept, through theGT-POWER software simulation optimization, finally established for this paper nee-ds ofdiesel exhaust gas heat utilization projects. Based on the a-nalysis of the thermodynamics, andreferring to the Hyperbar ultr-a-high pressurization engine complementary combustionchamber and heat insulation composite the power of the engine turbine model, this paper putsforward five may meet the requirement of design plan and this has certain innovation; In theGT-POWER software according to block modeling concept, in view of some pressurizationdiesel engine the machine model building, and according to the original machine testparameters on the test model, and gives pressurization system speed coefficient, flowcoefficient, the efficiency coefficient of expansion coefficient and parameters on theperformance of diesel influence law; Based on the original machine model, we can build theabove five scheme of the simulation model, and finally made a meet the requirement ofdesign scheme this paper diesel engine, and application of the fire in the thermodynamicanalysis with this scheme analysis method validation to prove the feasibility of this plan.Realize high power density of diesel engine, and the key is efficient combustiontechnology, there is a high pressure jet fuel system, high combustion pressure and highpressure boost technology design. The design of the diesel engine for low speed torque infeatures, and in the power of a larger when necessary, the single reciprocating diesel enginefuel system through improvement or burning pressure is very hard to do, only using highpressure boost technology to achieve. This paper introduces two series, two parallelconnection and 1 kind of composite waste gas heat utilization projects.In the GT-POWER modeling process, the separate block modeling thoughts, will theactual diesel engine is divided into pressurization, exhaust, the cold, cylinder and subsystemssuch as the crankcase and realize from the actual model to physical model of transformation,On the structural parameters for diesel engine, according to the thermodynamics, theknowledge of the respect such as heat transfer, the physical model quantitatively themathematical description, will collect the data and the data input corresponding model, the physical model to realize from the mathematical model of the conversion; Combined with theactual diesel engine, the structure of each module in connection to form a complete model andrealize from mathematical model to the transformation of the simulation model, finallycomplete model.In on diesel engine exhaust gas energy utilization plan analysis before, because of dieselengine modeling process is simplified to deal with, so the model done need to check andadjustment model, in order to ensure that the original machine model with the simulationresults of the test results are in agreement. According to the actual situation of the parametersof the model through regulation, and finally make the simulation results and experimentalresults of the relative error between less than 3%. Check in the process pressurization systemand engine is between pneumatic connection, and for the original supercharger balance, that is,its own output and its itself and engine output input relevant, check in process is morecomplex, so this paper summarized about the specific check method and the supercharger fordiesel engine turbocharger influence on the performance of the law.In on diesel engine exhaust gas energy utilization way scheme analysis process,combined with five scheme complementary combustion chamber and turbine power decorateposition, in the original machine after checking model based on establishing their own model,through the analysis, find out the advantages and disadvantages of each scheme, the planoptimization, establish a final design, and combined with the fire in the thermodynamics withanalysis on the verification, proved its feasibility.
