| Firstly, the development, characteristics and application of hybrid girder cable-stayed bridge are reviewed. The design scheme of Jiangshun Bridge which is steel box girder and concrete girder hybrid cable-stayed bridge with700m main span, and steel box girder consists of solid diaphragms and inner longitudinal truss structures is introduced. Afterwards analysis and research in regard to the bridge are developed from global analysis of the entire bridge and local analysis of orthotropic steel deck in the girder. In the first part, professional bridge analysis software MIDAS/CIVIL2011is applied to build spatial finite element model of the entire bridge, to analyze the force, stress and displacement under alone action and combined action of live load, lateral wind load and temperature change, etc. In the second part, finite element software ALGOR is applied to build large scale spatial model of the whole bridge which based on integrated element, the total element number is about850000, among which about76000elements are plate element used to build detail30m steel girder model. Using the model, the detailed stress of the steel box girder under standard vehicle action and overweight vehicle action, and the stress range of the deck under standard fatigue vehicle action are analyzed. After adjusting the thickness of top plate and U rib, the detailed stress of the steel box girder under overweight vehicle action are analyzed respectively. By comparing and analyzing the results before and after adjustment, the orthotropic steel deck is optimized. |
