| Steel box girder and steel tower cable-stayed bridge and structural characteristics of flat steel box girder were firstly introduced. Aiming at the 130+130m spans single pylon cable-stayed bridge, the scheme design of steel box girder, steel single pylon and single cable plane was made.Furthermore, a finite element software MIDAS/CIVIL was used to establish a spacial finite element beam model of the bridge. And methods of simulating each part of this bridge were introduced in detail. By using this model, internal force, stress and deformation were analyzed when the bridge was under the combined actions of dead load, live load, temperature load and wind load in the operation.Besides, through simulating the interaction between pile and soil, free vibration characteristics were analyzed during its finished stage. Response spectrum method and time history method were respectively applied to calculate stress and deformation of main components when the bridge was under the actions of seismic action as well as the combined actions of dead load and seismic action.Finally, a finite element software ANSYS was used to establish an integrated detailed finite element model of the entire bridge. And the normal stresses of the top plate, U rib and the transverse diaphragm of orthotropic steel deck were calculated under the actions of standard vehicle load and checking vehicle load. And the stress amplitude of the top plate and U rib of orthotropic steel deck was calculated under the action of standard fatigue vehicle load. |
