Laser target recognition technology is a hot research topic recently. The technologyis widely applied in military fields. This thesis focuses on the research of emittingoptical system of target recognition. It is one of the key parts of the system. The key technology of target recognition is to maintain the optical axis alignmentbetween the indicator laser and the main laser. In this thesis, in order to achieve the goal, the author conducts his own design for optical system. First, the laser beam is expandedso that it is suitable for long distance large target detection. Because the main laserwhose wavelength is1.06mis invisible to the naked eye, so a beam of visibleindicator laser through the wedge indicates target is added in the system. Finally, afour-dimensional regulating reflector to control outgoing direction of the laser beam isalso included in the system, which overcomes the difficulty of emitting direction of theoptical system which is not easy to regulate in the optical system. In view of the system, theoretically, the author analyses the effect on target indication when the beamexpanding system, optical wedge and indicator laser are non-coaxial. A detailedcalculation of the perturbation caused by various parts on the optical axis deviation. Itcomes to the conclusion that under the same perturbation quantity, disturbance causedby the optical wedge makes the greatest effect. So it is necessary to fix and regulate theoptical wedge by high precision device. After that, the author verifies the conclusionthrough computer simulations and experimental simulations. Finally, the difficulties inthe working process and the future work are discussed.
