Since the1980s of the20th century, with maturity of power electronic, frequency conversion and advanced control technology, AC variable speed technology developed rapidly, and AC variable speed system is becoming more and more market favorable. Research on asynchronous motor variable speed and other related technologies are an important issue in the field of electric drive. The emergence of IGBT and rapid development of signal processing technology have made high performance control of asynchronous motor possible. The control technology of asynchronous motor has developed from VF ratio constant method to vector control method and speed sensor-less vector control method. Using DSP and integrated power module (IPM) to implement vector control has become a trend recently.In this paper, the vector control theory and its decoupling are introduced on the foundation of the mathematical model of asynchronous motor. The variables in3-phase static coordinates are converted into the variables in rotating coordinates and the components between torque and magnetic field of stator winding current are decoupled which uses the rotor-field-oriented technology. The structure diagram of vector control system which combines the current model of motor is given and provides the theoretical basis for the design of vector control system platform. The speed PI regulator and the current PI regulator are designed and the PI controller parameter tuning method is analyzed. A based on T-axis component of stator current vector control of frequency compensation is given, which is model free adaptive controller for system dynamic compensation, and the effectiveness is confirmed by MATLAB simulation.Finally, TMS320F2812which is special chip of TI for motor control is used to design a vector-control system. The modularization design is adopted in software so that it can be amended and replanted easily. The SVPWM vector control strategy is carried out. And, the hardware and software is debugged in this paper.
