The blade is one of the Aircraft engine important parts. In the harsh environment, the Blade is the role of fault by vibration. The fault about one third of the structure of the engine fault. Use of Shrouded Blades is damping mechanism for research of practical significance and far-reaching projects worth.The purpose of this article study is use of leaf crown face contact friction theory that is damping mechanism for research, and use of theory to built the model analysis. Major work and conclusions are as follows:(1) The research is theoretical models of interface friction. Using the interface friction theory and the understanding of the friction interface model, the research is the leaf crown face manner of movement, analysis of their advantages and disadvantages, And the important research is focus of contact surface friction model hysteresis spring. System to build models of interface motion damping calculation, found that the highest contact surface with the leaf is increased pressure, a smaller amplitude after the first course of larger.(2) Research to the shrouded blade is damping mechanism. Used with the cantilever spring and the mass simplified model to simulate the shrouded blade. Through the study found, with the highest quality leaf to increase its gradual decline in the first five natural frequencies, with the support spring stiffness model of the natural increase in the frequency of the rise. The natural frequencies and the rate of increase is different.(3) To build parameterized shrouded blade finite element calculation model. Were the establishment of a single blade, double blade and three blades shrouded blade finite element analysis model. Carried out static analysis, modal analysis, contact analysis, harmonic analysis, transient dynamic analysis, the results show that the response of shrouded blades on the value of the work with the leaf surface contact with the highest stiffness and change, maximum response corresponding to the excitation frequency shift also occurred, there exists a minimum stiffness value of displacement response, analysis of the leaf crown under different damping changes the stress. (4) Use collision theory, to the shrouded blade model collision analysis. The results show that shrouded blade during operation, contacts between the crown and the crown collision, with the friction coefficient of different contact surfaces of shroud kinetic, sliding energy and internal energy are changing.
