With rapid economic development of China, more and more high-rise buildings in major cities, to assess the effects of high-rise structures under seismic loads is an important direction of structural engineering in recent years. Physical engineering simulation to spend a lot of manpower and resources, the application of computer simulation in structural engineering has very good prospects, a variety of numerical algorithms for structural engineering, programming and powerful data processing capability of computer software, you can get the desired results of the analysis. This article is based on MATLAB and SIMULINK simulation program along these lines on a high-level framework structure dynamic response analysis under seismic loading conditions.First of all, introduces the MATLAB language features and advantages of the application in the field of building structure and future development trends.Subsequently, the framework of structural dynamic response analysis of the basic theory and numerical methods, and gives a simple example to reflect the convenient MATLAB language processing data.Then, combined with the actual project where site conditions and seismic rating, as well as other relevant parameters, based on the power spectrum of artificial shock load theory, to simulate an artificial seismic waves. Checking, is entirely consistent with the requirements.Finally, a high-rise reinforced concrete frame structure, the use of the MATLAB language for application programming and SIMULINK simulation diagram analysis of the structure with the dynamic response of viscoelastic damper damping structure in the seismic situation and processing. It can be seen by these two methods of analysis, indicating that the application of the MATLAB language in structural engineering is feasible, and control theory based on SIMULINK applied to the field of structural engineering concepts and the block diagrams are concise, avoiding the complex programming skills. In addition, the results of the analysis of these two methods are basically the same.
