Piezoelectric composite vibrator is a component that converts energy using piezoelectric effect of piezoelectric material, because the piezoelectric composite vibrator has the advantages of simple structure, flexible forms, are widely application in precision control system、micro machines、office supplies and so on the fields.The thesis makes use of the finite element analysis software ANSYS, the coupling question of electric-structure of composite piezoelectric vibrator is analyzed. First, two bending vibration model is proposed:Longitudinal bending vibration and Transverse bending vibration, after the two model merge can increase the speed of composite piezoelectric vibrator; Then, adopted ANSYS simulation calculate vibration frequency of two model,discuss the influence between the frequency and length、width、thickness of piezoelectric ceramic、thickness of metal elastomer of composite piezoelectric vibrator, the conclusion following:(1) Certain piezoelectric composite oscillator structure, the frequency difference of two model of metal brass is the minimum for2.41KHZ.(2) The frequency of longitudinal bending vibration reduce, the frequency of transverse bending vibration increase while the length of composite piezoelectric vibrator increase from50mm to70mm. The length of composite piezoelectric vibrator is60mm; the frequency of two models is the closest.(3) Two models frequency reduce while the width of composite piezoelectric vibrator increase from40mm to50mm, the frequency of two models is the closest at40mm.(4) The frequency of two model increase while the thickness of piezoelectric ceramic increase from1.5mm to2.0mm, the vibration shape is the best、the frequency of two model is the closest at1.6mm.(5) The frequency of two models reduces while the thickness of metal elastomer increases from2.5mm to3.5mm, the shape of two models irregular.(6) Adjustment of the size of piezoelectric composite vibrator, so that the frequency of two vibration model in line. The experiment shows the right structure can inspire the two vibration modes at same frequency, so come to the purpose of the two modes merge.
