On the evalation of the various factors effecting the water recoursed carrying capacity and through integrated water resource evaluation matrix made of the comprehensive evaluation of multiple factors to arrive at conclusions water resources carrying capacity, to study the item. From2005to2010, Dongming County has reached a considerable scale water resources development, economic and technological level of the existing conditions. Although the water recoursed in Dongming is in sure, the potential of water carrying is relatively small, the supply and demand is unbalanced. Dongming County in particular the little potential of water resources underground is for further. The water carrying capacity varies with the rainfall, when the rainfall is rich, groundwater and surface water will be supplied, water resources capacity to be bounced back, but still less than the overall water resources carrying capacity, which will seriously affect the Dongming Economic and social sustainable development and danger the stability of the ecological environment.
