At the moment, many parts of Shanghai metro air conditioning controller are made byforeign technology, and most of the Shanghai metro equipment has entered into the faultfrequency decades, as the existing maintenance equipment cannot meet the need of theoverhaul, the maintenance department can’t complete maintenance tasks about the airconditioning controller failure in the shortest time and the fastest speed.The paper is based on the research of subway vehicle air conditioning controller faultdiagnosis system and the development of the original air conditioning control system. Atfirst, it mainly analysis the characteristics of the metro air conditioning controllerinput/output signal and the control logic, and the input/output signal waveform of keyposition, based on which, we learn the foreign technology effectively, which acceleratesthe development of domestic air conditiong controller′s process. At the same time, theoriginal air conditioning system control method is optimized, which reduced the failurerate of the metro vehicle air conditioning controller effectively.The research content of paper mainly focus on the following aspects:The analysis of the signal characteristics of the air conditioning controller fault circuit.The area of the fault circuit can be located when the PCB board are polished. Severaltypical fault processing methods are proposed for the characteristics of the fault circuit,based on which, the fault detection system build on DSP technology was proposed. Theanalysis of the subway vehicle air conditioning controller fault circuit system. Detailedanalysis the control system of the overall functions, and the design principle of the faultcircuit and the working principle of each component.The subway vehicle air conditioning controller fault detection system is based on DSP control technology. Fault detectionsystem set signal acquisition and processing fault state at a suit, the system hardwaresystem will be introduced, which contains signal acquisition module, breakdownprocessing module, regulate circuit module and PC communication module, at the sametime makes a deep analysis of the system software.The original control method of metrovehicle air conditioning controller is optimized. The method can reduce the metro aircondition changes. Throgh the simulation show that the new method is effective, whichreduce the fault probability of the metrol air condition system significantly.In the basis of the fault detection system the air controller parts detection method issummarized in the last chapter. At the same time, the simulation of the new method showsthat it can greatly reduce the fault rate of metro vehicle air conditiong system. And theresult proved that this method is effective. It is a great help to the Shanghai metro vehicleair conditioning controller fault detection and maintenance department.
