With the rapid development of economy and the accelerating of urbanization process,urban subway transit will play an increasingly important position in public transport. Theurban subway train simulation requires higher calculation precision request. However theconstruction of metro has just start in our country, and the simulation software aren’timmature. The mostly of existing software are base on railway traction calculation. Thedifference of operating environment is very apparent between the railway and the metro, sothe exist operation characteristics maybe not the optimal curves, and the traction energymaybe not the optimal energy. Now under the trend of advocating green outing, researchthe subway energy saving method not only response to our country avocation, but alsohave a great realism significance. Recently the many major universities and scholars throwthemselves into research the simulation system of urban subway energy saving. Thisdesign base on the test data of two Line of Shanghai rail transit, and introduce thetheoretical basis and optimization research of urban subway energy saving operation.This paper firstly studies the force conditions of subway train and line parameters, andthen analysis the factors which affect the train operation, finally establishment of therunning model.Secondly, according to the traction and braking process and the related calculationtheory, in-depth study the effect of external force of the subway train, and then analysis thesaving-energy optimization algorithm. Then find out a more reasonable scheme, whichprovide the conditions theoretical basis for design lines and train selected and trials of thenew trains running, while it also can reduce the operating cost and alleviate the shortage ofresource to a certain extent.On the basis of theory and algorithms, we analyze the requirement and establishmentthe framework model, then analysis and refinement of each module,development theurban rail transit vehicle’s traction and energy calculation system, and proposed the energyefficiency optimal design scheme of operation. After the software development successful, simulation calculation the traction andreal energy of the subway operation train, and then compare and analysis the results ofsystem simulation and test data result of the real line parameter of the two lines ofShanghai Metro. Finally, proposed the optimize operation method.
